Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: T. Wichit, Phuket
Our Customer Service Agents will be working inside our Phuket office assisting our customers or clients online with their travel needs such as e-ticketing, live chat, reservations & telephone sales. We are a professional and friendly company and care for our staff well.
You will be expected to provide:
Excellent verbal/written customer service in English
Correct information to our customers & managers
Great service according to our quality standards
Main Duties and responsibilities
Professional & friendly international customer service
Excellent telephone and online travel communication
Learning & understanding our knowledge database
Able to convert questions into bookings as trained
Prioritizing customer needs and working systematically
Successful applicants will be able to work in a shift work system with 1-2 days off per week.
